Payment must be paid 80% on booking and the final 20% 1 week before check in. Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 14 days prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Security Bond:
A $100 security bond is due at check in. This amount is refundable after checkout provided there is no damage to the property. An excessive cleaning fee may be deducted from your security bond if deemed appropriate
